Refund Method

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the integrity of our artistic collection, we accept returns only for items that meet the following strict criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unlit (for candles), and in its original artistic packaging.
  • Complete Contents: All certificates of authenticity, tags, and accessories included in the original shipment must be present.
  • Receipt of Purchase: You must provide the order number or proof of purchase from https://gentepoliamorosa.com.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or lit artisanal candles.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a “Clearance” event.
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers.
  • Personalized or custom-made symbolic jewelry.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].

In cases of damage during transit, please include high-resolution photographs of the damaged item and the shipping box. Tenacious Coaching LLC will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you in these specific instances.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and “Return Request” in the subject line.
  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide a “Return Authorization” and the shipping address for our warehouse.
  • Pack Securely: Ensure the item is packed securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original shipping box.
  • Ship: Send the package via a trackable shipping service (USPS, FedEx, UPS). Tenacious Coaching LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
